Newsletter · June 2026

Be brave.

A first introduction, a new idea, a small step forward. June’s invitation was to act with courage.

From the Unity newsletter archive. This edition is preserved as a historical record: dates, prices, offers and quoted statements reflect the original publication and are not current booking or membership terms.

How many opportunities have we missed because we were afraid to try?

This month, we’re celebrating Bravery — not the absence of fear, but the courage to take action despite it.

As Susan Young says:

“Bravery takes fortitude – putting yourself on the line, even if you risk failing, being embarrassed, or looking stupid.”

Whether it’s attending your first networking event, introducing yourself to someone new, posting that video, launching that product, or asking for help—bravery often starts with one small step.

At Unity Business Network, we encourage you to be bold, take chances, and remember that growth happens outside your comfort zone

Here are the special days and holidays we’ll be celebrating this month:

1 June – Determination Day 7 June – World Caring Day 21 June – Winter Solstice 21 June – Father’s Day 24 June – Networking Day 27 June – Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Day 30 June – Social Media Day

Public & School Holidays 15 June – Special School Holiday 16 June – Youth Day 26 June – Schools Close

Let’s make June the month we choose courage over comfort and action over hesitation.
